Each conductor is insulated with Teflon which has the highest dielectric constant available. Shielding is tinned copper braid. Outer jacket is polyurethane for superior abrasion resistance. Consequently, the initial installation which requires stripping the jacket to expose the conductors is made more difficult with the tough polyurethane. But the long term benefits of this extremely strong jacket is worth the extra effort in installation. Resistance is 10.3 ohms per 1,000 ft.
